Back from AggieCon, and an apology

Fresh when it gets here from Julie Barrett

I'm home from AggieCon. A good time was had by all. AggieCon is the oldest student-run convention, and they were up to number 42 this year.

Three guesses what their theme was.

The con is run by a great group of students, and I hope they'll consider finding conventions to work with after they graduate.

And yes, an apology. I was kind of out of sorts this weekend, partly as a result of not getting enough rest before I got out of town (not getting enough rest during a con is a sort of a given), and partly due to a pesky (though relatively minor) health issue that arose over the weekend. Some folks didn't see me at my best, and I am sorry. I'm going to take a day off tomorrow to recharge my batteries.

Now I have promised some people I'd get started on some things this week, and I'm going to sit down and write out a list and prioritize everything before I hit the sack.

Apologies again if this sounds disjointed, but my brain is about to hit the brick wall, and it won't be pretty. I'm off to medicate, take notes before the meds kick in, then get some sleep. There may or may not be a Monday Mumblings tomorrow.

P. S. The minor health issue is not the concrud, but I will get the crud if I don't take the time off.
