Monday Mumblings Had A Great Fall

This may have been the clumsiest weekend on record. I broke a dish, dropped other things, and then last night tripped and fell during our walk. I managed to bang up a knee pretty good and also skin my hands and jam my left wrist just a bit.

I think my pride will be the most wounded. The knee is doing better. It still hurts like crazy, but I can walk. We walked to the CVS down the street tonight for some more large bandages for the knee. I managed pretty well. I don't think I'll be tearing up the walking circuit in the next few days, but I'll get out and move around so my knee doesn't seize up entirely.

So, what else is new? I've accepted an invitation for what looks to be a very cool anthology. I'll have more details once things get fixed, contracts signed, and so on.

I'll be posting my SoonerCon schedule later in the week.

Right now I'm sewing like crazy. I have deerstalkers to finish. And I just took something to help me sleep. So I'm off to bed!
