I'm writing to you from the modified writing nook.
Yes, I've already made some changes. I found a folding stool that I like, but it's too tall. I may end up getting it cut down, but in the meantime I've added something to raise the height of the working surface so I can write. We'll see how this works out.
I managed to finish editing one radio play and got a start on another, though I'm not entirely happy with what I've done on the new play. Of course, it's better than not having written anything at all today, so in that respect I'm happy.
We spent yesterday out running errands all day. It was a mostly fruitless effort, though the cats thought it was about time we came home with fresh food and treats. Of course, they think that every day. So yeah, four hours of running around and all we got was cat food, something for dinner, and gas in the car. Well, okay. We were comparison shopping for something. Not a car.
Time to wrap it up and go check on dinner. I've got lasagna in the oven, which means a flurry of cooking, followed by a bit of downtime, followed by another flurry of cooking as I finish the side dishes.
Perhaps I'll be up to writing a better entry tomorrow. I'm stewing on a few writing-related topics, but none of them have come to a boil just yet.
