Usually they make me hold for forever, and then disconnect me when they try to pick back up. And you know what that means-call back and wait another lifetime to talk to a human. There have been days I have thrown my phone across the floor in disgust. The only good that did was get me a new phone!

Boy, you got EXTREMELY lucky!! It always seems strange to me.. the hold button that is.. any job I had if you left someone on hold the amounts of time you and I have been on hold.. that person would be looking for a new job.. i'm guessing we worked for the wrong companies!
