You might like their Seesmic Desktop product (free) because it also has Facebook integration. They're working on that for the former product. They'll update by themselves. Desktop seems to do okay on memory, but it requires Adobe Air. Windows doesn't, but it has memory usage issues. Again, it's in beta.
