At it again
I've been following the Barbara Bauer Wikipedia drama, and it's amazing. Ms. Bauer herself has apparently been attempting to edit the page. Each revision is full of puffery and, in some cases, attacks. Here's one line that killed me (quoted in accordance with the GNU provisions of Wikipedia):

A little catching up...maybe
Wow. Things have been hopping today.
Not to mention that in the back of my brain ideas for the plotline on the novel in progress are finally percolating again. This is good news. That project felt really stalled. I'd sit down and read what I'd written and cringe, or read the text and wonder where it was going to go next. I think I know. I really want to just plow through and see what happens. We shall see.

Absolute Write is down
This is one of those posts that got lost. My other posts say more about the situation, but be sure to read the entire thread at Making Light. Amazing story. Not just what happened at AW, but the people banding together to help it rise from the ashes. Great stuff.
