Again, we have two pictures today.

Well, the freeze proved me wrong. Looky at what we have here:

Peach Blossom 3, 2/16/06

It's the fist peach blossom of the season. There are two more at our Flickr paage, in the Flowers set.

And I'd be remiss if I didn't thank Paul for the flowers he brought me on Valentine's Day.

Carnations, 2/16/06

I placed this on the hearth next to the patio door and opened the curtains. It's cloudy today, and that produced a nice, diffused light and created some very interesting shadows.
