Are there any hobby activities you've always wanted to try? What is their appeal? Also, what's stopping you from pursuing them?
I've always wanted to try painting. When Chris was a baby we used to watch the painting shows on PBS together. They made it look so easy. But I knew deep in my heart that since I couldn't draw, I couldn't paint.
Extra Credit: What was the last hobby activity you did?
Sewing. I still sew and quilt from time to time. Here's a quilt that I made several years ago:
I tried my hand at knitting, but I can't do much beyond knit and purl, which works for scarves like this one:
