Better late than never, I guess:

Week 17

This is what's been going on in my community - allergies! I've had the sinus headache from you-know-where for about a week and a half. Well, off and on. I take something and fel better. Then I go outdoors, and - bang! - I'm all clogged up again. Welcome to spring in North Texas.

It's not just me - it's a lot of people, which is why this shot is appropriate for this week.

Julie, have you tried a sinus rinse, like a Neti Pot or the Neil Med Sinus Rinse? They've been helping me a LOT with my dry, clogged up sinuses.
