Away for a bit

I had some family business come up and have a bit more to take care of tomorrow, so I don't know if I'll have the opportunity to journal.

There's nothing bad going on. Just family responsibilities. I left early and didn't get home until nearly 4:00. I was wiped out. The outcome was really good, though. And one of the things I did was get my sister set up with my previous Meta Quest headset. I think she's going to enjoy it. I need to find a game or two we can play together.

Today's plan was to get back into the craft room and get busy. I had some supplies arrive early in the week, and I'm anxious to start doing things. I still need to just dig in and get things to where I can find them. Why yes, my label maker is getting quite the workout. Why do you ask?

Tomorrow is Friday. Paul will be home at some point. I need to go stock up on groceries. Got the laundry out of the way this evening.

Now I think I'll just go read. The forecast calls for rain over most of the night, so I think reading myself to sleep to the sound of rain would be a lovely thing to do.
