Back home from the doctor. I'm seeing a new family practicioner, and so far I like him. Not much else to say. You know, it was an exam. But between taking parents, taking Chris, getting started with a new doc and all, I think I'll log more clinic hours this summer than House has in five years.
The doctor did suggest I give the South Beach diet a try, so I stopped by Half Price books to see if they had a book copy of the book. Of course they didn't, but I picked up a couple of other interesting books to read. I almost always find something when I'm there. Ten bucks on a couple of books, and I'm a happy camper.
While I was in that neck o' the woods I ran over to Central Market to pick up something special for our last night alone. Get your head out of the gutter, I was talking about dinner!
I slept better again last night, but it took me a while to drift off. Silly me, I was worried about going to the doctor. I always worry about stuff like that. Silly, isn't it?
I've got a Feline Friday picture, and then it's off to finish laundry and get a start on dinner. My big plan for tonight is simply to chill out. I think I've earned it. Have a good weekend!
