Weekend Assignment #175: TV or Bacon? By which I mean, you have to choose one of these two things. Whichever you choose, you get to continue to enjoy. The one you don't, you lose forever. So which will you choose? The pixellated, phosphorescent pleasures of television's hundreds of channels? Or the smoky, meaty pleasures of bacon? You must choose!

I have a dilemma here, John. TV has literally brought home the bacon for me - or at least writing about it has. So if I give up TV, I give up bacon. I suppose I can give up bacon without giving up TV, so bacon it must be.

Extra credit: Current favorite TV show and/or variety of bacon.

Current fave TV show: House. Hugh Laurie continues to impress. As for the bacon, good old Canadian back bacon! Even though I live in Texas I can still get the stuff.

And now you've made me hungry. I'm making spaghetti carbonara for dinner. Had fettucine a couple of days ago. Variety is good, right?
