I'm such a big procrastinator, but after driving down the street past one deflated yard ornament after another I have an idea for a yard decoration for next year:
I'll put out an inflatable base along with a chalk outline of a snowman. I'd do Santa, but we don't want to traumatize the kiddies too much.
