Bad Air Day

Wow, it's 10:00 AM and I'm already hittin' the Albuterol. Think I'll take a break and run down to the grocery store before things heat up more. It's already 89F outside and we're under a level red air advisory for today. With that in mind I suppose it would be a good thing to hit the store early.

I've done very well with the asthma thing this year; today is the first day in ages that I've had significant trouble. And when I have trouble in the morning it does not bode well for the rest of the day.
