This statue graces the Texas Women's Museum at Fair Park in Dallas. This is one of a series I took during the State Fair of Texas last year. Many of the buildings at Fair Park date to the 1836 Centennial Exposition and were built in the Art Deco and Art Moderne themes. As you can no doubt tell by the design of this site, I'm sort of partial to Art Deco.
