Abby seemed to be progressing fine until earlier in the week. For some inexplicable reason, her hot spot flared up again. We discovered why the other day - she'd figured out how to get around her E-collar! So much for the shorter, more comfortable collar that had worked for her just fine during the last two rounds of treatment. We had to get out the heavy artillery:
Abby is Not Amused, but her spot is healing once again. The sooner she gets better, the sooner she can be released from the Giant Cone of Humiliation.
