We finally got some rain overnight.
I woke up when the storm moved through. The thunder punctuated my nightmare about the current editing task - now the editing task from Hell, just so you know.Oh, I knew the job was dangerous when I took it, but this turned out to be a little more involved than I expected.
So last night's bumpy weather brought cooler temperatures and cleaner air, not to mention a photo op or two:
That is the honkin' huge aloe vera, which seems to have survived the winter intact, thank you. It's already pushing up pups. but since it spent the winter outdoors I'll be very surprised to see a bloom this year. Come on, plant! Prove me wrong!
Time to get back to work. Need to spend some time procrastinating on the editing job updating a few bits and bobs on the web site today.
