I'm going to try hard to start shooting something every day. I'm swamped, but I find that getting away from the computer and focusing on something else (if you'll pardon the pun) helps me out. Here's today's shot:

For this one I slapped a 4X macro filter on the end of my 40-150 lens and filled with a little flash. It was just enough to supplement the natural light (or lack thereof) and keep the background dark.
