Julie's Web Journal: A Long Overdue Medical/Life Update

This week is chemo week and today was the worst chemo brain day ever. And yet, I carried on with some tasks because some people expect me to do so. Some people seem to think I can do everything I did before chemo and then some. The drugs aren't *that* kind of good, folks.

I wake up at 4:00 AM thinking about all the crap I have to do, the people who won't answer e-mails (but will probably let me know how much my follow-ups aren't appreciated because they have a life), and how I'm letting personal projects fall by the wayside. Again.

This is probably not the update you were expecting. If you owe me an email, if you owe me a task, please, PLEASE, follow up. I'm running out of spoons at a rapid rate.

But hey, I did bowl well tonight. There is that. (On a 152 average I shot 158-170-157=458. I'll take it.)
