Dear Author continues their series on legal issues for bloggers. This week's entry - the third in a series about defamation - discusses public figures. This is not legal advice, obviously, but with in this lawsuit-happy society it doesn't hurt to ba armed with some good information.

Off to finish my morning 'net rounds, then I must dig in and do rewrites, though I may warm up with a blog entry, just to get the fingers going. (It's on the cold side this morning.)
